    Right On Track (Way To Go Arizona!)

               As a change of pace from all of the horrible news coming out of Arizona, have some good news: Yesterday, the Arizona Supreme Court ruled “that tattooing is a from of free speech with full protection under the U.S. and state constitutions—the first such decision by any state high court in the country.” In Mesa— a notoriously mormon city— the city council denied a tattoo parlor from opening in 2009 in one of their shopping malls on the grounds that the shop would attract “unsavory elements.” The couple who wanted to set up the shop took their case all the way to Arizona’s Supreme Court and won!
