Omg, so, I was just on the phone with Apple for my mom and I just got this inspirational speech about how everyone has their own strengths and weaknesses and we should all help each other and not get frustrated with people and just let things go and be ourselves. (We were talking while waiting for some pictures to finish uploading about how I get off school early and apparently used the free time to work technology for my mom and jokingly said how the IT people all need awards for dealing with people who have no grasp on technology even if I explained it five billion times) Philip (I forget your job title, sorry), you are awesome.
